Master Care Ltd aims to be the best in everything we do. We want people we support to experience exceptional service that makes them feel valued and respected. We aim to be outstanding by maintaining the highest levels of care and integrity in all our dealings, balancing the requirements of people we support and others we serve staff, suppliers, and the regulatory authorities.

Master Care Ltd was established to offer outstanding standards of domiciliary care to people in all age groups over 18 yo, who are living in their own homes and require a little extra help and support to remain as independent as possible.

Our registration with the Care Quality Commission enables us to provide personal care as defined in the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We specialise in supporting adults ages 18-65 and Adults aged 65+, those with Physical Disabilities, Dementia, Mental Health and Sensory impairments.

Every person will have their needs assessed prior to commencing the service. Together with the person requiring support and/ or with their representative we will create person centred, outcomes-based support plan and risk assessments to enable them to live as independently as possible and safely in their own home. These support plans and risk assessments will be reviewed on regular basis or when person’s needs change.

We are committed to work collaboratively with important people in each client’s life: family members or other professionals involved, like GP, district nurse, physio therapist, social worker or others, to ensure holistic health and wellbeing.

When we find necessary, we will seek people’s consent to make referrals to professionals, who can help to improve the quality of life at home, like Occupational Therapist or others.
