- We will work with each person, their social workers, and /or family members as appropriate and other professionals involved in providing best outcomes for people
- We aim to provide a domiciliary care service that supports individuals to safely stay in their homes for longer whilst promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
- To ensure that confidentiality is maintained by providing a service that will guarantee that all information accessed during interaction is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality and that it is not unduly disclosed.
- We aim to provide a person-centred, outcome-focused support to people in their own homes
- To respect people’s wishes and choices and to understand their aspirations and support them to achieve their desired outcomes.
- We aim to provide a service that is tailored to individuals’ needs.
- We recognise that people using our services and their representatives are experts by involvement or experience, therefore we will support them to fully participate in planning how they or their loved one’s support will be provided.
- We aim to promote a culture where feedback from people, their representatives, members of the public, and team members is promoted, and this will be used to continuously improve our services.
- To acknowledge people’s diversity by ensuring that their rights to religious, cultural, racial, and gender identities are respected and request that people and their representatives to respect the rights of staff in the same anti-discriminatory way.
